Bite Sized Kiwi Arguta Issai was our first introduction and very popular. Arguta Issai produces masses of kiwi fruits which begin setting after only one year (usually 3 years for other varieties). The Kiwi's can be eaten whole, so there is no need to scoop out the flesh. So well does Issai grow in the UK, ripening in mid-October, it is now earmarked as a commercial crop. We offer all our potted fruit plants in 2ltr and 3ltr pots, this will give you an older, more established plant with a bigger root ball than those offered in 9cm pots. The extra space gives the roots more room to grow, which in turn allows them to absorb more nutrients leading to a stronger plant that will establish more quickly and fruit more prolifically to begin with.
