If an item is missing from your order, it maybe because it will be sent from a different warehouse or at a different time of year.
For latest product despatch information, please see the individual product pages. Despatch dates for live plants may vary depending on growing conditions, these should be used as a guide only.

If you’ve received a delivery, your order number can be found on the returns label at the bottom of the packing slip contained within your delivery. If you ordered online, your order number can be found on your order confirmation email, alternatively within your order history in the My Account Area.
If you cannot find your order number please phone us (0333 7773936) to check your order status. Lines are currently open 9am-5pm weekdays, 10am-4pm weekends.
Our call centre capacity is currently reduced to ensure staff safety. Please accept our apologies in advance should this result in your having to wait longer than normal in a call queue. We’re working hard to expand capacity and hope to be able to extend operating hours in the near future. Calls cost the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers and count towards inclusive allowances on landlines and on mobiles.

Aquatic Plant Packaging and Despatch
All of our aquatic plant range is packed to order and shipped in specially designed boxes, which we have tried and tested, to ensure they arrive with you in tip top condition. Plants are carefully wrapped in polythene bags before being placed and secured in strong and sturdy boxes – keeping your plants safe both inside and out.
If you are ordering multiple pond plants, please note that your order will be held until all plants are in stock and available so that they can be despatched at the same time.
