Planting & Harvesting

Sow & Grow

Indoors March to April, 0.5cm (¼") deep in pots or trays of seed compost. Keep moist and maintain a temperature of approx. 15-20°C (60-68°F). Transplant to individual pots when plants are large enough to handle and reduce temperature to approx. 15°C (60°F). Harden off for a few days in late May. Plant out in containers, hanging baskets or growing bags from June onwards, spacing 45cm (18") apart. Harvest: August to October.
