How do I amend my order?
If you change your mind about the products that you've ordered, please get in touch using our online form. 

When amending your order, please state:
- If you'd like to add any items
- Edit any quantities that you've ordered
- Remove any items

How do I cancel my order?
An order can only be cancelled prior to processing and/or dispatch.

If you'd like to cancel your order, you can do so by completing the online form.

Unfortunately, if the order has already been processed by our warehouse, it will be too late to prevent it from being despatched. Once your order arrives, please return it to our FREEPOST address and we will process a refund for you.
