GROWING INSTRUCTIONS: Sow: thinly, March to April, 1.5cm (½”) deep, in a seed bed. Keep soil moist. Transplant May to June, spacing 60cm (2’) apart. Plant firmly to produce best quality buttons and water well until established. Harvest: December-February. Start at the bottom, picking a few sprouts from each plant.

Hint's & Tips

When all the sprouts have been picked, the leafy tops of the plant can be cut off and cooked like cabbage.
