Guarantee

All of us at Mr Fothergill's genuinely care for our customers and insist that the quality of all our seeds and plants and level of customer service are of the highest standards - we want you to enjoy shopping with us. However we are only human and very occassionally things do go wrong, but please rest assured, we will always do our very best to put things right. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly send replacements or refund the purchase price upon request.

Our seed is tested in our own laboratory for the highest quality and where appropriate is packed in hermetically sealed foil sachets for freshness. If you are unhappy with any of our seed, for any reason, please return for a 'no quibble' replacement or refund as appropriate. None of our seed has been genetically modified.

UK postage

P&P is applied relating to the type of product that you order. This will be detailed on your order before it goes through to order processing.

International Orders

International seed orders incur postage of £3.50 per order. Catalogue requests to non-UK addresses also incur a charge of £1.50 to offset the high costs of mailing abroad.

We cannot send non-seed items such as plants, potatoes, fruit, onions, sundries or other items out of the United Kingdom. There are NO exceptions to this policy.

Due to restrictions imposed by agricultural bureaux, at this time we are not sending any orders or catalogues to addresses outside of the UK or EU. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We can send flower seeds only to Canadian addresses but no other items. Restrictions imposed by Agriculture authorities prevent us being able to send vegetable or herb seeds or non-seed items.
