A choice selection of some of the best hybrid varieties. The Brassica Colection will provide a plentiful supply of tasty nutritious green vegetables in late summer and to winter.
Including:-
Brussels Sprout Maximus F1 - Heavy yielding, with good disease resistance, this variety has a superb sweet flavour and stands well to produce plentiful winter sprouts.
Cabbage Kilaton F1 - This superb 'Dutch white' variety is proven to have resistance to club root, a problem faced by many gardeners. It produces large, dense heads or, planted at closer spacing's, will produce smaller 'family meal-sized' cabbages if desired through to December.
Cabbage Traviata F1 - Very crinkled 'Savoy' with dark green dense heads of super quality. Vigorous with good disease tolerance and hardiness, to harvest from as early as September.
Cauliflower Moby Dick F1 - A splendid hybrid with a deep white, hard curd which is protected against frost by the foliage. One of our favourite varieties for cropping from mid autumn. Excellent for freezing.
