Blueberry Fruit Collection
Great for container growing in ericaceous (acidic) compost, blueberries provide attractive spring flowers, delicious and highly nutritious summer fruits, and decorative autumn foliage. Will reach to 6ft/1.8m, but usually less when grown in containers. Collection includes:
Brigitta - Large and firm berries are ready for picking from the end of August. Stores well if kept in cool conditions.
Earliblue - A very early variety with berries ripening at the beginning of July.
Toro - A very productive variety with large clusters of berries ready for picking from mid August.
