Versatile and colourful lettuce. Outer serrated leaves become red whilst inner heart is green. The red colouration will intensify with higher temperatures. Young leaves can be harvested as baby salad. Harvest whole heads early in the morning or late in the evening for the freshest flavour and crispness.
