Very popular 'Asian Green', closely related to Pak Choi with similar flavour. However with Choi Sum it is usually best to harvest the plants once the flower bud is formed and open. Individually flowering stems and leaves can also be picked and this will allow the plant to regrow for several cuts. Young leaves can be added to salads or leaves, stems and flowers can be stir-fried.
