Winter Enoki

This english strain of the Winter Mushroom, known as Enoki in the Far East is incredibly popular for its health benefits, light, almost fruity flavour and good firm texture. Fabulous when just lightly cooked in soups, stir fries with vegetables or chicken dishes and is often eaten raw in salads or as a garnish. Crops generally appear from November to April.
