Delicato (Loose leaf) - Attractive, 'oak leaf' which can be used for baby leaf 'cut and come again', or as full sized heads.

Balmoral (Crisphead) - Tightly packed, crisp 'iceberg' type heads.

Sunny (Butterhead) - Pale green soft, tasty leaves and well-filled hearts.
