An early cropping variety with attractive purple streaking. Ideal for a late September/early October planting, which could see you harvesting by the end of May. Best eaten green, as soon as it is harvested. Wonderful in salads and roasted or poached with other vegetables, where it takes on a warm, nutty flavour. Try in stir-fries too, where the fresh and juicy cloves take in a whole new flavour. Stores well for up to 3 months.
The superb crisp texture and mild flavour make this an ideal variety for Mediterranean dishes. Good hardiness and great for growing over winter.

Lovely, red-skinned onions with an elongated shape and gorgeous red-ringed flesh. Maturing in early summer, they are perfect in salads and stir-fries and survive the winter well.
A well established and highly favoured variety featuring good resistance to bolting and very little winter kill. The long-necked bulbs have dark skin with clean white flesh and excellent storage ability.
Reliably produces uniform and firm globe-shaped, mild flavoured bulbs. Matures from mid-May - a bit earlier than Radar. Little winter kill and good resistance to bolting. Can be pulled throughout early spring for salad use.

The first potato for late cropping and still hugely popular with our customers on account of its reliability, looks and flavour. It produces good crops of smooth, slightly oval, medium-sized tubers with delicious, white flesh. Boil and eat hot or use cold in winter salads.
Tradionally a favourite salad potato and now a wonderful second cropping variety. Charlotte is lovely as a 'new potato' and wonderful cold in salads. Fine flavoured and highly recommended.

Shallots are highly praised for their flavour with many chefs choosing them over onions for their sweeter taste.
