Pansy Cool Wave is a large-flowered spreading and trailing pansy. Plant into the garden during the Autumn in baskets, pots or in the ground and it will grow up to 75cm(30in) per plant producing an abundance of beautiful flowers. It is very tolerant of a harsh winter, and survives to extremes of -25°C. Then after the winter, it is the first pansy to return into bloom as soon as the weather begins to warm up.

Returns Policy
Seeds If you have any concerns or problems with your seeds, please return the packet to us for replacement using the returns address label on your despatch note, telling us what the problem is. Returning the packet will enable us to trace the batch from which it was packed, and to thoroughly investigate any quality control issues.

Return Postage
Costs If a product we have supplied is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will be happy to resolve this issue at no cost, either by replacing, refunding or collecting and exchanging the item. If you wish to return a product which was correctly supplied, but which did not meet with your expectations, in accordance with your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we may require you to cover the cost of return. Please contact our Customer Services Team before returning the goods in this case, who will confirm the correct return address and method of return.
